My Heart is Full Layout

Hello, Kristin here to share another 12×12 single-page layout using the Butterfly 4×6 Frame Cut File from the Jennifer Edwardson Creative Inc. Online store featuring the “Simple Vintage Indigo Garden” collection from Simple Stories!

I started by fussy cutting the flowers from the “Hello Gorgeous” patterned paper. I then chose to use the Simple Stories Colour Vibe Textured Card-stock in the colour “Peony” as my base. Prior to adhering anything to the cardstock, I flicked some dark gray watercolour to the page for some added interest.

Using my Silhouette, I cut the Butterfly 4×6 frame so that the opening would be a true 4×6 size so that my photo would fit in it perfectly. I then created an offset of the cut file that was a tiny bit bigger than the butterflies and cut it out of the “Little Details” patterned paper. I purposely wanted the patterned paper to show outside of the cut file.

I fussy cut the doily out of the 4×4 Elements paper and started to add ephemera, bling, stickers and enamel dots to my page along with my small journaling detail.
