Color My World Layout

Hello crafty friends!!  Thank you for joining me on the blog today to see how I created this layout using the NEW Painting Cut File Bundle!

This cut file bundle has so many possibilities for crafting!!  I immediately thought of documenting these fun photos of my boys getting crafty while they were painting some projects at Summer Camp. I love to see them be creative and of course…these guys definitely “Color MY World” 💙

Firstly, I chose some of the elements from this cut file to fit what I envisioned for this layout. It’s great being able to pick and choose different images from the bundle and customize their size!! 

For this layout, I used the paint can, paint brushes and the paint splatters. Every element is so great and of course the fabulous titles too! I also really enjoy the process of picking out patterned papers and backing the cut files to match my pictures…the really creative part I think 😉

When crafting I tend to cut most of the cut files in white so they really stand out against the colours and patterns.  I also like to adhere most of them with foam adhesive, especially the titles to make them pop!

I also added some glossy accents to the paint brushes and the paint can, which is difficult to see in the photos but gives a great bit of interest to the page.  

You should definitely add these new cut files to your collection and get your craft on!!  There is so much inspiration to be found and we hope you’ll share all your creations with us too!!
