Thankful for You

Hi crafty friends!! I’m back to share another layout using this amazing title from the NEW Thankful Titles Cut File Bundle.

I LOVE a great title that helps emphasize the feeling and overall meaning of my layouts…plus the titles in all the cut file bundles mean I don’t have to think of one myself!  There’s so many great ones to choose from 😉

As my boys grow into busy young men, it’s a little more challenging to spend a lot of time together due to school, work and their busy social lives…ah to be young again ;). So the time we do get to spend together is cherished immensely. Thankfully they are really good about letting me take their pictures, documenting their moments and leaning in for the awkward selfies hahaha!

For this layout, I printed these selfies in black & white so the original colours wouldn’t clash with this gorgeous paper collection and lend to an overall cohesive look.

I cut this title from white card stock, inked with distress oxide inks and then backed the “For You” with a patterned paper from the paper collection. This layout came together with many of the coordinating pieces from the collection.  

After pulling all the pieces together with my photos, I adhered the title with foam adhesive and centered it near the bottom of the layout.  I’ve said it many times before.. but being able to customize the size of the cut files is fabulous!!  These titles sized down would make for beautiful cards as well 😉
