Love Us

Hi crafty friends! I’m back to share another layout using one of the brand new cut files! I’m always anxious to see the new cut files added to the shop each month and this release is SO fun!

For this layout I wanted to showcase a photo of my hubby and I from a recent summer road trip. I used the “Love Us” title from the Love Us Title Cut File Bundle.

I’m all for the Selfies to help capture our memories together, but he tends to be a little less enthusiastic! LOL

I used the Let’s Go Creative Kit along with the Let’s Go Add On Kit. And do you see that awesome pattern behind the title?!? That’s Washi tape from the Add on Kit!!

To get this look, I layered strips of the Washi tape to a piece of cardstock then glued the cut file to it and trimmed around it! So easy and what a fabulous way to use some of your Washi in yet another way!

I backed the two hearts in the title with some scraps of the Colour Vibe cardstock and then added a bit of glossy accents to add a little shine to them.

To create the background, I used a stencil and some texture paste to create some dimension and then splattered some blue ink to add more depth and colour to the background. Then I added in some of the kit’s papers, ephemera, stickers and voila…a perfectly coordinated layout ;).
