Sunshine & Good Times Layout

Hello crafty friends!! I’m back on the blog today to share with you this vibrant Summer layout using the NEW Chevron Background cut file.

If you haven’t already noticed, I LOVE a great background cut file and this one is fantastic!!

I just love how this type of cut file creates such a unique eye-catching element to my pages, adding to the depth & dimension of them without all the bulk!  Using these cut files also allows me to select and create any sort of colour scheme I want!

For this layout, I used the awesome Summer Lovin’ Creative Kit!!  I have used this kit many times. It’s definitely my favourite Summer collection.

To back the cut file background, I used some of my Color Vibe card stock in red & yellow, then layered it over a vibrant blue Color Vibe card stock.  Did you know the Color Vibe card stock has texture to it?!  I always lean towards a textured cardstock as I’m a fan of the extra dimension and interest it adds.

The foam sticker title, stickers and ephemera pieces are so easy to bring everything together and create a gorgeous cohesive layout…I LOVE the Creative Kits!!  I love when everything matches, and Jennifer does an amazing job at curating all the kits perfectly!

Be sure to grab this new cut file along with ALL the others and get creative!  There are so many memories to document and no better time to get to it than now!
