Hello December

December is such a magical month full of festivities, family time, and all things Christmas!!  I definitely take a lot more photos in the month of December,  hoping to capture and document all the memories. 

This month’s new cut file selection allows for SO many festive and fabulous creative options…scrapbook layouts, handmade cards, home decor & so much more!

For this layout, I chose the new Hello December Cut File Title for this page documenting some super cute pictures of my niece and nephew from their family photo shoot.  Those cute faces in their festive attire are just too precious not to document!  

I used a vibrant Christmas themed collection from Vicki Boutin for this entire layout.  Using white card stock for the cut file, I then backed it with bold patterns to really help make it pop!  I also like to adhere the cut files with foam adhesive for that perfect amount of dimension.

Once I choose the title, the pictures and the paper collection for my layouts..I just love the process of letting it all come together! But don’t get me wrong, there are many steps to find the perfect placement and where to add in all fun pieces.  Preserving all the memories in our scrapbooks is so fulfilling and rewarding when loved ones enjoy looking through them…so take the pictures (lots of them!) and find some YOU time to enjoy the documenting and creative process!!
