Beautiful Spring

Hey Friends!

I’m up on the blog today sharing with you how I made this Spring Tag.

To create my tag, I’ve used the Cottage Fields Creative Kit, Cottage Fields Add On Kit, Beautiful Spring Title Cut File, Stay Sweet Cut File Bundle, Merry Tag Set Cut File and the Live Simply Cut File Bundle. Grab a cup of your favourite spring beverage and enjoy learning how I created my Spring Tag.

For the base of the Spring Tag, I chose one of the tags out of the Merry Tag Set Cut File and cut it out of a piece of white cardstock. I chose a variety of patterned papers out of the Cottage Fields Creative Kit to adhere to the tag. Using the solid butterflies from the Stay Sweet Cut File Bundle, they were perfect for layering underneath a fussy cut butterfly. From the Live Simply Cut File Bundle, I cut out the hexagon border to add as a layering piece underneath the quote.

I cut out the Beautiful Spring Title Cut File out of a piece of dark grey cardstock. I chose a piece of patterned paper from the Cottage Fields Creative Kit and adhered the patterned paper in behind the Spring word and the Beautiful word.

Out of the Cottage Fields Creative Kit and the Cottage Fields Add On Kit, I used the butterflies and flowers out of each ephemera package.

The top left corner of the tag, I layered butterflies and flowers underneath the Beautiful Spring Title.

Here is the finished Spring Tag.
