I love this Daisy Background Cut File and was excited to use it with this photo of my boys from a few years back …
This Lemon Twist Creative Kit is now retired from the shop, but I am happy i still had a little of it left to use for this layout !!
I used multiple papers from the kit to back the daisies in a random pattern then adhered to my page with foam adhesive for even more dimension !!
The effects of using a cut file and taking the time to back all the parts is not only therapeutic in the process I find, but also SO worth the end result !!
Once I was happy with the photo placement, I mounted the photo on white cardstock to help give it definition against all the patterns. I also distressed the edges of the mat for some added texture …
The centres of the daisies were created using some of the papers and finished off with a clear glaze.
This layout was complete with some coordinating ephemera & stickers adhered with some foam adhesive and creating clusters for visual interest !
Thank you for stopping by today to see how this layout featuring the Daisy Background Cut File came together !!
